We know timing is everything. That’s why most of our projects are completed in two weeks or less, ensuring you get handcrafted, high-quality prints without delay.
We offer several types of printing. Screen printing is most suited for larger orders while vinyl is more appropriate for singles or smaller amounts. Digital printing can accommodate photo-real or highly complex designs.
We primarily use plastisol ink. The quality is long-lasting and will often outlast the shirts themselves. The colours are vibrant, even on dark coloured shirts. Waterbased inks are also available, depending on shirt material and design.
Specialty inks include discharge, metallic, glow in the dark, waterbased and reflective inks. All are super fun options that can really make your design stand out. Email us for more information.
As long as the print does not change, you can feel free to select as many different colours, sizes and styles as you like!
We can print on the front, back and sleeves of a shirt up to 14″ x 14″.
We can print on unwashed, unworn, unbagged and untagged shirts. Please contact us first as not all materials can be screenprinted.
Yes! Please specify Coated Pantones for a perfect match.
Yes! We offer embroidered patches as well as direct-to-garment embroidery on hats.
Yes! We can make pinback buttons in any design you want up to 3″ big! We also offer lapels pins.
Yes! We do single colour vinyl decals as well as bulk vinyl and screenprinted stickers.
You can either use our fancy quote form or just send us an email. Once we’ve discussed all the details, we will send you an online invoice with your total.
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, cash and e-transfers. You can pay our online Wave invoices directly with your credit card. Email transfers should be sent to sugarbomb.printing@gmail.com.
Payment of the invoice (upon receipt) secures your spot on the schedule. Our turnaround is generally 2 weeks from payment.
Typically, we take 10 business days to complete an order once all details (shirt sizes, artwork, colours etc.) have been finalized and deposit made. In a hurry? We can help, but orders will be subject to a rush fee.
Absoultely! We ship all over Canada and the world.
Yes of course! But we still ask for a miniumum of 20 prints per design/colour.
Email is our preferred method of communication since it allows us to keep track of all the important details we discuss. Also sometimes we are getting all messy in the shop and can’t make it to the phone!

Our studio is located at 1 Wiltshire Ave, Unit E. We are between Dupont and Davenport, off Symington Ave. We are around back of the main building, to the left.
