Frequently Asked Questions

Screen Printing

What is the difference between screen printing and heat transfer vinyl?

We offer two types printing processes that are very different. Screen printing is most suited for larger orders while vinyl is more appropriate for singles or smaller amounts. Please check out the videos on our about page that explain it best.

What kind of ink do you use?

We use plastisol inks which do not dry until they are heated (cured). This means we can print for hours without worring about the ink drying up in our screens. The quality is great and the colors are vibrant, even on dark colored shirts.

What are specialty inks?

Specialty inks include metallic, glow in the dark and reflective inks. All are super fun options that can really make your design stand out. They will just be slighly more expensive to print.

Can I choose multiple styles and colors of shirts?

As long as you stay within a single brand and the print color does not change, you can feel free to select as many different colors, sizes and styles as you like!

Can you print all over a shirt?

We can print on the front, back and sleeves of a shirt, however we are currently limited to a maximum size of 13"x13" per design. We are unable to handle oversized or all-over prints at this time.

Can you print on shirts that I already have?

Absolutely! We can order a wide variety of garments at affordable prices, but if you prefer to bring us something to print we are more than happy to do so. However, in the rare event that a misprint is made, we are unable to replace items brought to us.

Your Design

What types of design files do you accept?

A vector file (.ai or .eps) is by far our favorite type of file since it can easily be resized without losing any quality. High resolution Photoshop files (.psd) can also work. Web or low quality images are not ideal and will require a lot of extra work on our end. Additional design fees may apply.

How many colors can I print?

We are able to print up to six colors per design. Each color must be layered on top of each other and requires it's own screen. The more colors in the design, the more labor required to make the print.

Can I print any colors I want?

For screen print orders, we will do our very best to match the colors you provide. Heat transfer vinyl and sticker vinyl colors are limited to a much smaller range of shades.

Ordering & Payments

How do I place an order?

You can either use our fancy quote form or just send us an email. Once we've discussed the all details, we will send you an online invoice with your total.

What types of payment do you accept?

We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, e-transfers and cash. You can pay our online Wave invoices direcly with your credit card. Email transfers should be sent to with a provided password.

When is payment due?

We ask that at least half of your invoiced total be paid before we order any shirts or make any prints. The remainder can be paid on completion. However most people seem to find it easiest to just pay the total amount up front.

Finished Orders

What is your turnaround time?

Turnaround time depends on how many orders are ahead of you, which brand(s) you choose and how large your order is. Typically, we can complete an order in 1-2 weeks. Deadlines less than a week will be subject to a rush fee.

Will you ship my order to me?

We can ship via Canada Post Expedited for $20 within Ontario. Expresspost is $30. Or we can hand deliver within Toronto for $40. Shipping for online orders through our web store is calculated automatically. Otherwise, you can select 'Local Pickup' to pick up your order instead.

Can I reorder more of the same print at a later date?

Of course! We still ask for a miniumum of 20 prints, but if you print the same design with us a second time, we will not charge the screen setup fee again.
