Screen Printing

We offer two types printing processes that are very different. Screen printing is most suited for larger orders while vinyl is more appropriate for singles or smaller amounts. Please check out the videos below that explain it best.

We primarily use plastisol inks which do not dry until they are heated (cured). The quality is long-lasting and will often outlast the shirts themselves. The colors are vibrant, even on dark colored shirts.

Specialty inks include discharge, metallic, glow in the dark and reflective inks. All are super fun options that can really make your design stand out. They will just be slighly more expensive to print. Email us for more information.

Garments

As long as you stay within a single brand and the print color does not change, you can feel free to select as many different colors, sizes and styles as you like!

We can print on the front, back and sleeves of a shirt. A standard front and back print can be up to 12" tall by 12" wide. We can also print up to 15"x15", however this is considered an oversized print. Unfortunately we are unable to handle all-over prints at this time.

Absolutely! We can order a wide variety of garments at affordable prices, but if you prefer to bring us something to print on, we are more than happy to do so. Just keep in mind that not all fabrics have the same printed equally and in the rare case that a misprint is made, we are unable to replace any items brought to us.

Your Design

A vector file (.ai or .eps) is by far our favorite type of file since it can easily be resized without losing any quality. High resolution Photoshop files (.psd) can also work. Web or low quality images are not ideal and will require a lot of extra work on our end. Additional design fees may apply.

We are able to print up to six colors per design. Each color must be layered on top of each other and requires it's own screen. The more colors in the design, the more labor required to make the print.

We do our very best to match your color exactly as shown. However, to ensure a perfect match, we also offer specific pantone matching for an additional fee.

Ordering & Payments

You can either use our fancy quote form or just send us an email. Once we've discussed the all details, we will send you an online invoice with your total.

We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX and e-transfers. You can pay our online Wave invoices direcly with your credit card. Email transfers should be sent to info@sugarbomb.ca with a provided password.

We begin work on our order once a deposit has been made. Deposits are considered a minimum of 50% of your invoice total. The remaining balance is due on pickup. However most people seem to find it easiest to just pay the total amount up front!

Finished Orders

Typically, we take 7-10 business days to complete an order once all details (shirt sizes, artwork, colors etc.) have been finalized and deposit made. In a hurry? We can help, but anything less than a week will be subject to a rush fee.

Absoultely! We ship all over Canada and the world. Or we can hand deliver within Toronto for a special fee.

Yes of course! But we still ask for a miniumum of 20 prints per design/color.

Contacting Us

Email is our preferred method of communication by far since it allows us to keep track of all the important details we discuss. Also sometimes we are getting all messy in the shop and can't make it to the phone!

We are in the shop between noon and 7pm Monday to Friday. Stop by and say hi!

Our studio is located at 1 Wiltshire Ave, Unit E. The closest major intersection is Lansdowne and Dupont. We are actually around back of the brick building labeled "1 Wiltshire" and our blue door with an E on it faces the parking lot.
